- Acting in legal disputes involving maritime related cargo transport, acting in favor of freight operators, NVOCC, maritime transporters, importers and exporters, as well as warehousing and storage terminals.
- Adoption of container recovery measures, in addition to freight collection and demurrage.
- Representing the interests of shipowners, both Brazilian and international in contractual disputes over services and chartering of vessels.
- Significant knowledge and experience of port authorities in regards to investigation of navigation related incidents and situations, as well as with maritime courts.
